National Eagle Scout Search

Many of you will be recieving a post card from the national council stating the message that is below. It is a legitamate initiative. I did call the number even though I did not recieve a card mayself. They searched, found my record, and then I gave them my current information. They are also offering a directory for each of the 4 regions of the country that your contact information and history will apprear in if you agree to that. The cost to me was 114.94 which included shipping. You don't have to purchase the directory even if your name is in there but I thought I probably should have one. You can call even if you didn't get the post card.

The National Eagle Scout Association has launched an important Eagle Search project culminating in the Eagle Scout Roll of Honor (a directory). Please call 1-800-917-2001 in the next 7 days to help ensure your record-then and now-will be accurately reflected.

This Roll of Honor will be the first ever registration and publication of its kind-capturing nearly 100 years of Eagle Scout history, tradition, service and achievement.
